My name is Kaylee Lecasse, and I have been working in nonprofit fundraising and events for the last 6 years. I have planned everything from my own micro-wedding to an 800-person peer-to-peer fundraiser, family-friendly events for veterans, charity golf tournaments, and many more, all with flawless execution. For standard civil ceremonies with 6 guests or less, San Francisco City Hall allows couples to book their appointment up to 90 days in advance. I would highly recommend booking with me a little over 3 months out from your desired elopement date range so that we can book the most ideal date and time for your special day. However, I do welcome rush bookings for an additional fee, 3 weeks out if there is an available city hall appointment.

Yes! I want to make my services as accessible as possible, and have a few available payment options to fit the needs of every couple:

• Couples can enjoy a 5% discount on their package if they are able to pay in full at booking, which saves you $90.

• The standard payment plan would be a 50% deposit at booking, and the remaining 50% 2 weeks prior to your elopement.

The total amount spent on your day depends on your vision, guest count, and whether you are traveling in to San Francisco and turning it into a trip. I would estimate that the average couple wanting to splurge on a few things like a nice hotel and fine dining spend about $10,000-$15,000 total on their elopement trip, including my services. However, the beauty of a city hall elopement is that it is one of the most affordable ways to get married, and we will work together to stay well within your budget.
