You may be wondering why a bride who just got through one of the most unhinged years of her life while planning her wedding would decide to start a wedding-planning business immediately afterward. Hi, hello, that’s me! I’m Kaylee, a Southern California native who found her passion for events through working in fundraising at nonprofits, and a girl who wants to help you have the most stress-free, sacred engagement season possible. Let me tell you why I want this so badly for you that I went all in on my business idea, despite being the most risk-averse person I know. 

My Story

I got engaged in 2024. As soon as that ring slid onto my finger, financial anxiety, hurtful behavior from loved ones, and difficult aspects of the wedding industry led me to complete overwhelm. Thus commenced one of the most challenging years of my life. I wished my fiancé and I could fully focus on learning how to support each other through these difficult dynamics, rather than the drama, vendor meetings, and emails, on top of managing our everyday lives and full-time jobs.

Despite everything, I had the micro-wedding of my dreams. All the work I put in was worth it, and I was so happy that I stuck to my boundaries because it really was the perfect day, and I accessed a 2.0 version of myself that I hadn’t met before.

My Why

Overall, this is how one of the hardest years of my life became something so beautiful that’s fully mine, and no one can take away from me: this business. I want to come alongside engaged couples, and especially soon-to-be brides, because you shouldn’t have to worry about anything except enjoying this season; you shouldn’t have to make decisions based on fear, scarcity, or someone else’s timing, and you deserve to have someone there to support you emotionally every step of the way. 

I want to be there for you and help you with tasks that most wedding planners don’t do. I want to teach you a few helpful nuggets of wisdom and planning tips I’ve learned along the way that many overlook.

My Wish for You

But above all, I want you to leave your wedding day feeling so surrounded by love and support, like you had the most incredible, unique day that left room for special, unscripted moments and memories, free from all the stress and pressure coming at you from all sides. A day completely for you and your spouse that you can look back and say, I’m proud of us, and that was indeed the best day of our lives.

Not because it was perfect, not because you had the highest budget, not because it impressed all your friends, but because it was yours and that you had the best team surrounding you. I truly believe that we can achieve this together. I believe this season can shape you into the person that you’re meant to be -  unapologetic, confident, and content.
